Robert A.B. Ervin II is a U.S. Air Force veteran whose career spans military communications, government IT operations, and nationwide field engineering. He founded FlowState Technical Solutions to bring military-grade discipline and real-world field experience to government technology contracting.

Robert currently serves embedded within the State of Oklahoma as the primary IT point of contact for Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troop S — giving FlowState a firsthand, ground-level understanding of what public safety agencies actually need from their technology partners.
